The Tr Tube High-power Microwave Effects

TR tube is the abbreviation of Transmission-Receiver. TR tube developed with theneeds of fast switch in radar. TR tube is used in antenna switch and is the important partof protecting receiver from High Power Microwave(HPM) attack.New challenge to the traditional TR tube with the appearance of HPM weapon. Thetext study the power leakage by injecting HPM to TR tube in different frequency,different pulse width, different power and different repeating frequency.In the experiment, I found the out-band leakage of TR tube and show therelationship between peak power leakage and repeating frequency. I give the reason ofout-band power leakage by theoretics analysis and simulation and give a suggestion tosolve the problem.The repeating frequency has important influence on peak power leakage althoughthe leakage pulse width is narrow.Then deny the way by using peak leakage energyaccumulation to destroy the objects in the back of TR tube.At last I conclude the work I have done and point out the work in future.
