With the increasing of labor costs,China's manufacturing industry,"demographic dividend" is constantly disappearing,for labor-intensive industries,automation and upgrading are the trend.With the development and expansion of enterprises,at the same time,the rise in corporate brand value,the quality of the product requirements are getting higher and higher,which requires a higher pass rate of manufactured products,which is bound to push the accuracy of product testing higher.For the tire tube manufacturers,in order to reduce production costs and automation transformation,and brand value reverse detection accuracy,it is urgent to get new and more intelligent and more suitable for automatic production detection means.The machine vision due to its non-contact measurement,wide application range,safety and high efficiency,strong adaptability,high detection efficiency and high precision,has been extensively employed in the production of various production fields in all walks of life.So this paper combines with practical using,research online detection system of tire inner tube leakage based on machine vision,testing leak of tire inner tube more effective and faster.This paper firstly introduces the origin and applications of machine vision and machine vision detection,the development situation vision at home and abroad,as well as the necessity of research on tire inspection system for tire inner tube leakage.According to the requirements of tire inner tube production site environment,existing technology and tire inner tube production factory,the hardware platform of tire inner tire leak detection system is determined,and then the image inspection system is designed according to the leakage characteristics of tire inner tube.Processing algorithm and tire inner tire leak detection algorithm,and then the algorithm carried out in-depth and comprehensive study,and carried out a variety of optimization.Lastly combine hardware and software to construct a tire inner tube detection system based on the machine vision.The main contents of the paper: According to the practical production and conditions of the tire inner tube factory,combined with the requirements of real-time on-line inspection,the two image acquisition modules are used and connected with the transmission device to achieve the real-time online detection.Depending on the characteristics that the area of the tire inner tube changed before and after the leakage,the contour of the inner tire tube is taken as the extraction feature,and the target is extracted based on the contour area.According to the production and testing of the background of the test will usually appear dark spots.Tire inner tube surface will appear white spots of adverse conditions,increase the contour screening algorithm to remove the interference.According to the system itself,the error is too big,improve the camera calibration and focus method,and increase the area compensation method.Being dependent on the actual production and testing requirements,select the appropriate lighting system,lens,industrial camera.Choose the C ++ language of high operating efficiency as the development language on the Visual Studio2013 platform,with the simple and friendly interface design,according to the advantages of Qt graphical user interface application development framework in C++ graphical user interface design,designed to use the integrated Qt application toolkit on Visual Studio2013 for testing software interface,achieve the factory and the system itself needs,with simple operation,simple and intuitive display,has a good user experience.Through the testing of the small amount and in multitudinous of the plant,online detection system of tire inner tube leakage based on machine vision responds to the needs of the factory,with good accuracy and stability.
