With the changes in the telecommunications, fixed network operators have been at a disadvantage in the market competition. Improvement of the traditional PSTN network will have to do. So we design a centralized database of users (SHLR), which is used to store the data of the users for management. The improvement of the PSTN network is the way to improve the network of the operators. SDC project is another name of the SHLR. It is the key element of the fixed network. So it is very important for operators to have a reliable, stable, cheap, high-quality equipment. The effective test of SDC system appears to be particularly necessary.This paper first introduces the logical architecture of the system and the protocol which it supports (MAP+ and ISUP+). Secondly, describing the plan of the test and the method of the test. On this basis, taking the test of the ISUP+ protocol and the MAP+ protocol as an example of the test of the SDC system to tell others how to test the project of the SDC system. And the test results will help to prepare for the sell of the SDC system. There are three steps of the work.In the first step, analyzing what must to be test according to the typical business processes of ISUP+ protocol and making a form to store the test points. Then designing the test environment and test structures; the following is that writing test cases. Test scripts will be prepared by using IPS which is a simulation tool, then implement test cases, and get the test results.In the second step, analyzing what must to be test according to the typical business processes of MAP+ protocol and making a form to store the test points. Then designing the test environment and test structures; the following is that writing test cases. When writing the test scripts, finding another better way to test the MAP+ protocol. So design test environment again and improving the quality of the test. Then implement test cases, and get the test results.In the third step, analyzing and concluding the advantages and the disadvantages of the test according to the test results, which include the designing of the test case and the method of the new ways to test the MAP+ protocol. All these will be as the reference of the Follow-up tests with the same type. Meanwhile, according to the performance and usability of the MAP+ FE Test Report MAP+ FE, analyzing of the synchronous thread modes and the asynchronous thread modes, listing the advantages and disadvantages...
