Measured By The Management Information System

Each of the institute of Measurement and Testing Technology(IMTT) is the legal organization which the government establishes legally who shoulders the organization to establish each place society public measurement standard and the size transmission heavy responsibility. Undertakes each place to measure the appliance examination, the calibration, the test, installs the debugging and the remedial work. Because accepts measurement dispute and arbitration examination which measurement appliance accuracy losing accuracy causes, Provides work and so on fair name heavy measurement service for the society. The management of the IMTT relates to personnel, instruments, equipments, circumstance, bylaws, and so on. At present, there are two methods of managing laboratory, namely manual and automatic management. Manual management method is to be washed out. Automatic management is based on management information system software. Some LabMIS softwares have some shortcomings such so function is not entire, the technology is old, practicality is not good. So these MIS softwares are difficult to be generalized. In this dissertation, a new LabMIS is researched and designed which is based on General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories(ISO/IEC 17025:1999) and Measurement management systems-Requirements for measurement processes and measuring equipment(ISO 10012:2003).The think of design and realization method about the management information system of the IMTT are mainly introduced in this text. Analyzing the same points base on information development of the IMTT and the corporations, pointing out that the information integration based on CIMS realiiation method,process integration and corporation integration are the inevitable choice for the IMTT to establish their MIS.
