Distribution The Tiptop The Improvement Of Erp Software In The Linux Environment

Logistics and distribution management play a vital role in modern enterprises. With the expansion in scale and the popularity of management concept in distributing business, it requires a higher standard for distributing ERR But there still lie some issues in the current distributing erp: Inadequate integration with other application platforms makes current distributing ERP unable to take full use of surrounding resources; Lack of stable and convenient way of communication among customers limits the efficiency of current ERP's performance..In order to solve issues above, I have developed an enhanced distributing ERP system—TIPTOP II which is based on TIPTOP, a system developed by my company. This article first analyses the characteristics of the current distributing ERP system, then proposes a design and implementation of TIPTOP II, which focuses on solving the issues mentioned above. It also describes the critical technologies used in TIPTOP II as well as those in the system integration of TIPTOP II and SPC by use of universal interface.In the process of researching and developing TIPTOP II, based on the development environment of Genero BDL and Linux platform, by taking the technology of Web Service and XML, main works are done as follows: design and implement TIPTOP II universal interface; design and implement internal instant communication tool; improve error reporting method of TIPTOP II. TIPTOP II has mainly realized following functions:1) The universal interface for integration designed in this article has a good compatibility with other application platform, which provides the space for functional extension.2) The internal instant communication tool provides a stable and convenient way for customers' communication within the system.3) The new error reporting way has made it easier for customers to obtain and understand the error information.TIPTOP II has now been successfully integrated into CRM, EasyFlow and SPC, which has greatly enhanced working efficiency of various application platforms. Besides, TIPTOP II has been successfully integrated into SAP,PDM and EasyFlow, which has been put into use in many companies, such as shanghai three gun Co., Ltd and CCTEC Engeering Co., Ltd. and has got a good effect.
