| In 2006, our country will accelerate the popularization and application of E-government software in governments at all levels. Now, E-government construction is aiming at an interaction amongst governments and interaction between the government and the public. As a result, developing Internet and setting up information projects will make it an essential tactic for government departments of all levels to promote the development of economy. As market planners and instructors, local governments equipping theirs organizations with advanced technology and enhancing their guidance to market. County governments are the basic administrative units in China, the degree of information of which is a very important symbol of regional information. Government Cooperate Office System base on WEB is a very important part of the internal interaction of the government. Therefore, the study of Cooperate Office System and county government information is of great significance.This thesis detailedly introduces the exploitation of function module of Government Cooperate Office System , which is based on the fact of government needs. And it implements the function module via make use of much information technic such as Lotus Document Database, RDBMS, Workflow, computer network etc. The main contributions of the thesis are followings:1) It adopts method of design method base on compute network, which uses Lotus Note s/Domino as flat roof of exploitation and execution.2) It adops the architecture of FRAME+COMPONENT , and it be easy to second production.3) It implements the design of system function based on the investigation of government daily work.4) It improves the idea of Interface design of Notes and Office and be realized.5) Aimed to the data exchange problems between heterogeneity data source during the development of Cooperate Office System, it brings forward data object models which sustain relation data-base and document data-base and be realized . |
