Thermal distortion and the technology of thermal stress analysis is heavily applied both in Military affairs scientific research and Civil scientific research. According to the Project, the thermal distortion of the reflector used in satellite to ground optical communications and the Aerodynamic heat of the head of the missile when flying in the atmosphere are discussed both in theory and simulate.Space optical communication has so much advantage such as much greater communications capacity, high-bit-rate, high secrecy, high anti-electromagnetic disturbance, small size and low attenuation that it has much been paid attention to. The Optical antenna system is an important component of the system of space optical communication, and it's performance will affects on the running of total system.The results in FSO studied by JPL, America indicates that the adaptability of the optical system in space environment is important. The newest results indicates that the thermal distortion of the reflector in space environment will cause the results of the attenuation in intensity of the reflected beam, the wave-front distortion, reflection facula center offset, arrival-angle fluctuation and so on. The quality of the communication will draw a lot, if no measures are taken.Firstly the influences of the space environments and the methods of the thermal control are introduced briefly, the method of the calculating of the sunshine radiation is introduced. With the balance equation of heat radiation in space environment, the temperature of the reflector is calculated. The press between the reflector and the ring of clamping is calculated in the theory of the Elastic mechanics. The transient analysis of thermal distortion in Z axis is done with the software ANSYS of finite element analysis,.Aerodynamic heat is unavoidable when missile head flying in the atmosphere, especially when the speed is over the velocity of sound. So it is crucial task to do such research, to provide ample theory and data for Entirety designing.The theory of the Aerodynamic heat is introduced in this part. Taking this theory as basis, the heat flux and the temperature on the blunt noise and on the transition is calculated. And then the thermal distortion and the thermal stress are calculated with the software of ANSYS. In conclusion, this part presents quite an integrated discourse from aerodynamic heat to its temperature change and thermal distortion and heat stress. All of these provide effective reference data for the designing.
