The telecontrolled exploding system designed by this thesis is important equipment in petroleum prospecting. It is mainly to accomplish epicenter explosion, data sampling at the mouth of the well synchronized with the epicenter explosion, wireless transformation of the sampled data, and wireless interphone which is to ensure the speech communication between members in the expedition. The digital design to accomplish those functions is proposed in the thesis.Any equipment in the system can be set as an encoder, a decoder or a repeater. Encoder is to send ignition order and ensure system synchronization. Decoder is to ensure system synchronization and ignite exploder. In other words, equipments can work in different modes on the unique hardware platform to accomplish different functions, which is accomplished by the software configuration.First of all, the basic characteristics of the wireless channel are analyzed, and the corresponding channel parameters according to the application environment are gained. And then the corresponding technologies including convolution coding, Viterbi decoding, interlace and de-interlace, and so on to reform the channel link are discussed.The proposed implementation includes hardware and software. For hardware, a platform for speech interphone and telecontrolled exploding system is accomplished with TMS320VC5409 and XC2S300E as the core, which provides the hardware foundation for the whole system.Software implementation is emphasized in this thesis, including: (1) design of the software frame work, (2) assignation of the tasks to each processor, (3) designing and implementation of the communication protocols, (4) design and implementation of the synchronization system, (5) design and identification of the control instructions, (6) implementations of the technologies to reform the channel link, and so on. The goals and methods to accomplish those designations are discussed in detail in the thesis. The corresponding simulation results and performances are also discussed.Real-time communication of speech, data and control message has been accomplished by the proposed design in the thesis. The test results are analyzed, problems and insufficiencies are pointed out, and the improvements for future plan are also discussed.
