With the complication and the modernization of aero-product advancing, they depend on the advanced test methods more and more. Along with the technology of computer network and distributed test system developing, they provide good conditions for the research of Real-time distributed test system of plane. Flight test system is always different from other test system, which is very rigorous to requirement of outside bus, e.g. real-time performance, higher bandwidth. So most test systems both in the world are consistent to design and implement a special bus to achieve the goal, but technology of these test bus isn't open. It's impossible for the user to extend its function, further more, which makes it difficult to integrate with other systems.This paper that is combined with our cooperative project The Research and Design of Distributed Bus-testing do in-depth research into the communication and transfer of Real-time distributed test system. This paper focus on the important technology of outside and inside bus of this distributed test system of plane and its control software system. For the designing of inside bus, this test system introduced FPGA to perform. For mature technology and better compatibility, this test system introduced Ethernet to perform on outside bus. For sake of conflict, we use the mechanism of time synchronization to insure all modules of this system with the same time. To real work of this test system, its transmission control of data stream (the design of clock time) is very crucial. It is the core of this test distributed system. This system not only makes a group of transmission order sequences to insure sampling data to get to appointed address with accurate time on inside bus, but also controls data that is received and sent. This paper describes detailedly the principle and the process of the generation of transmission order sequences.
