The distributed test system of plane about flight test is often different from other test system, which is very rigorous to requirement of outside bus, e.g. real-time performance, higher bandwidth. So most test systems both in the whole world are consistent to design and implement a special bus to achieve the goal, but technology of these test bus isn't open. It's impossible to extend its function, further more, which makes it difficult to integrate with other systems. Nowadays Ethernet is popular for data communication in Internet, but its indetermination hobbles its usage in this area. So if there are some manners to achieve the determination communication on Ethernet, the Ethernet must make a good base to develop a feasible test system with its mature techniques, rapid speed, good compatibility and low cost, even rapid development.This paper mainly focuses on the important technology of outside and inside bus of this distributed test system of plane and its ground control software system. Ethernet is a good choice for outside bus, which is cheap and has mature technology. Here introduces to time-share transmission mechanism in order to solve conflict problem of Ethernet, which satisfied test system demand. Time-synchronization also is important, former distributed system adopted IEEE1588 and Ethernet Powerlink to achieve the goal. IEEE1588 and Ethernet Powerlink can satisfy rigorous Real-time demand, but which implementation is difficult for the system without operating system. For the sake of getting better Real-time performance and less jitter, the current system introduced FPGA to perform. Thus, this paper presents a new time-synchronization protocol. The implementation of this protocol is easy and satisfies the demand of project. To real work of this distributed test system and its interactive interface, its ground control software system is very important and crucial. This ground control software system transforms the user demands to the definition of detailed register of the data collection machine, it is not only the bridge between ground Real-time remote data processing of network and remote data of PCM streams, but also bridge between recorded data processing based on the plane of the software and recorded data.Furthermore, this ground control software system can check the circs of the based the plane and data collection.
