A long with the trend of economic globalization and accession to the WTO of China, the government's controls to Chinese telecom market will become increasingly weak, and we'll have a more open market and more fierce competition. In order to be invincible in the internationalization competition in telecom operators and to meet the demand of the domestic and overseas market environment, the public telecom companies need to make great progress in management. Presently, the operators are committed to their construction of MSS (Management Supporting System) , which can help them to collate and solidify current process, to push standard information analysis and operation process in an effective way, to enhance the efficiency of enterprise management and the core competitiveness, to achieve their strategic goals, to accelerate the pace to a word-class telecom enterprise in the increasingly fierce competition.Mobile office, an important component of MSS, is a brand-new concept. Senior business people can work in any way at any time and in any place through WAP, CDMA 1X, WLAN and other radio access methods. The ultimate aim to construct mobile office is to enhance efficiency, improve on methods and expand the working space.This article focus on wireless access technology in the mobile office system, putting forward the application of the realization of the several major programs. The mobile office system discussed in the dissertation uses advanced radio access methods integrating WAP, CDMA1X, WLAN, VPN, information security, information encryption, dynamic password, WAPI, data-base, and 3G etc.. This article starts from the improvement of antenna technology, following the analysis of its influence to radio access technology and then to the mobile office system.This dissertation comes from actual operating system. Now it has been put into use and will bring us practical demonstration.This article is divided into six parts, as follows: Part one is analysis to strategy of telecom enterprises, including general framework of IT system in telecom companies and the working principle of MSS system.Part two discusses the WAP protocol, its working principle and development package.Part three gives a detailed introduction of the working principle of WLAN, network structure and its main technical characteristics.Part four briefly discusses three design projects for the achievement of mobile office: WAP, CDMA1X and WLAN. Through comparison of these projects, theiradvantages and limitations are discussed. Then this part discusses in detail how to carry out CDMA1X, and provides actual results map.At the same time discusses in detail the way to achieve WAP, and provides actual results map.Part five gives detailed introduction of information security system in radio access technology. The focus is information security prevention system of MSS, which has been applied in actual operation.Part six is a sum-up as well as a foresight. It shows the lack of mobile office system and introduces the important impact of antenna technology to radio access technology. Furthermore, it points out the development direction of mobile office system in the future.The system which has met the basic needs of mobile office is based on radio physics and advanced technology. By using modular design, it combines antennas technology, radio access technology and mobile office systems perfectly. Mobile office system not only innovated a lot in technology, but also can create better economic and social benefits. It achieves the basic goal that the subject demands.
