Web Application Framework For The Ria

The architecture of enterprise applications has changed greatly for several times in the past time. During this period, the performance capability of Client has been ups and downs for several times. In the mid-1990s, with the rapid development of Internet, B/S applications have appeared. The widely use of Web has solved the problem which C/S applications has brought, such as applications deployment and update difficulties. However, on the other hand, it also brought other problems such as data processing capacity is dropping down. RIA technologies make deploying the rich client applications as simple as traditional Web applications.AJAX technology is a kind of popular RIA technologies, which is based on XHTML and CSS presentation. It is a combination of a variety of technologies such as XML, DOM and JavaScript and etc. Although being widely used in the Web applications development, AJAX has also its faults such as the mature technology frameworks is lack of support.In this paper, AJAX technology is analyzed and expatiated firstly. Secondly, a kind of Web application framework (RIA Oriented Web Application Framework, RIAOWAF) is put forward, which is a technical framework for users to make a deep development. In this paper, RIAOWAF is designed and implemented meeting the principal of software reuse. The combination of AOP and IoC, which is the most popular technology of framework design, has been used. Script library and JSON which is a new data transmission mode have been brought up. Finally, aimed at the characters of practical project, this paper discussed the use and application value of RIAOWAF.
