In recent years, with the popularization and development of the Internet, the networkhas become the indispensable tool of people’s daily life. With the development of thenetwork, distance education business now become one of the important school andenterprise personnel training development.online exam as a subsystem of distanceeducation has become an important area of research.Network Test System is developed tomeet the needs of the times, and it aims to explore an Internet-based exam pattern. Withthis new model, create a new training for businesses and schools,improve test efficiencyand standardization.In the background,the design and implementation of onlineexamination system has been research and consummation.Development of B/S framework can be divided into a variety of patterns. With thedevelop of Struts2framework, the possibilities of the J2EE+Jsp development haverisen.the traditional Struts2framework Used Json data structure to opitmum systemperformance and improve the transmission rate.Using AJAX technology on the front pagemakes Web applications not only retains the advantages of B/S structure, but also has theC/S structure of the application of powerful features and user experience. The test papergenerating algorithm using genetic algorithms, to meet the purpose of the examination andto accelerate the rate of formation papers selected topics.The results show that online examination system based on B/S, by using Struts2+Json+AJAX design patterns,improve system responsiveness and enhance the user’sexperience experience. The test paper generating algorithm and performance managementsystem can well meet the test requirements, reflects the ability of the candidates.
