Electro-hydraulic servo control system, which can be made of Multi-node loading test system, can synchronously force on the several point of the material. Not only can it control the processing course, but also control the last result accurately. It is a real-time control system.As the extensive utility of Electro-hydraulic servo control system in spaceflight, national defence and every department of national economy,China Academy Railway Sciences introduced the muti-node loading test system from MTS company.So far, as the system has expired, some modules has defects,not meeting the requirement of current test.Making allowance for much waste to introduce another new system and the desirability to develop our national multi-node loading test system, analysis on multi-node loading test system has been made,and research on computer assisting test stystem is done.Using this system we can not only compose electro-hydraulic position system, electro-hydraulic velocity servo system and electro-hydraulic force servo system, but also study correlative control technology.Design scheme has been proposed, and the design method, idea and application of the whole system's software and hardware are explained in detail.The system is developed under Windows OS and the CAT testing programs is written by Delphi. The user interface is folksy and system is easy to update. Using TCP/IP protocols, we can do some network programming on the Ethernet and send parameters to the correspond class(PC-104) or send data to the manage class(PC).Otherwise, this paper has done a deep research of the electro-hydraulic force system which is composed by the electro-hydraulic system. We debate that how the control methods, such as digital PID control, fuzzy self-tuning PID control and etc. ,to improve the control quality of the electro-hydraulic system. As a result, the fuzzy self-tuning PID control is better. It can improve the tracing characteristic of the eletro-hydraulic force system.Multi-channel coordinated loading servo system and CAT system can be used in the teaching experiments of electro-hydraulic testing and controlling.
