Pile Composite Foundation Static Load Multi-point Auto-detection System

The piles and composite foundations are applied to many currently buildings widely, accordingly, there are more and more testings about the piles and conmposite foundations, and these testings need better and better instruments and techniques. Now the Pile and Base Static Loading Test is one of the most method to decide the loading-bearing capacity. In order to improve the instruments and quanlity of the testing, and improve the testing's precision and work efficiency, and ensure the triers from danger, the computer automatic testing is used in the static loading test. An integrated multidot automatic sampling and controlling system is designed, it can fulfil the static loading test for all kinds of piles and composite foundations.This dissertation treatised the trait of the test of piles and composite foundations, the demands in creterions and the controlling principle,the design of hardware and software,debugging, application for the system detailedly, and this system is compared with nowaday other pile static loading test in our country, it's strongpoint is pointed out in this dissertation, such as it's ability, on-line testding and a wide application range .This dissertation researched deeply the design of this system's hardware and software, this system is compared with traditional manual test methods in practical project, and it's advantage is demonstrated in time and economy benefit and security.This dissertation treatised briefly which works needs to be done later.
