In this paper, based on the analysis of Dezhou Power Plant in China, a J2EE-based ERP system model and systems are budilt.The study consists of three parts: the first part mainly on the analysis of the concepts and principles of ERP and Web-based development tool on the basis of the characteristics and advantages of J2EE, J2EE-based ERP applications and the creation of the model and design principles, then to the division in three basic concepts: modular application design, MVC design pattern and multi-system design. And using MVC Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture to the entire system into a multi-component system, the system to achieve horizontal and vertical between the weak couplings, the system has the flexibility, reusability, testability, and scalability.The second part draws on ABCD check-up table, the combination of actual domestic enterprises to establish a self-evaluation for enterprises evaluating results of the ERP system and method. Make it clear that the level of their predicament and the need to continue to improve forward to a higher level. This ERP system is the ultimate goal of enterprises through advanced enterprise management, improvement of the business model and establish the competitive edge so that continuous progress.The third part of Shandong Huaneng Dezhou Power Plant century development of a more practical ERP system, and evaluate the impact of ERP. Through this example, to be interested in the ERP system and the ERP system is being implemented enterprise good source of inspiration, but also in domestic enterprises to accelerate the pace of implementation of enterprise information brought a great deal of confidence.
