Analysis And Design Of Total Budget Management System

The informatization of the budget management, the courses of actions and the control system that carries out the enterprises' strategy goal, will maximize the value of the enterprises by raising their managerial and administrative levels comprehensively. The total budget management system realizes its essential idea by applying information technologies:infiltrating the control by budget management into all aspects of business, and integrating financial accounting and business transactional procedures through collaborative management, to control the service and the financial expenses within the budget and realize automatic account service management.This paper starts with the introduction of the technologies used in the total budget management system, and their applications in the financial control system, where the operation procedure, logic flow and service definitions with interpretations are given to demonstrate the corresponding function demands. The second part of the paper elaborates on two key models based on the technology of 3-tier architecture. Data flows are given taking account of two most important modules, the annual and daily budget managements. The table of the main database is designed for the service logic manipulation, and the UI contact surface for the user's requests. The shortcomings of this paper are analyzed for future improvements.The total budget management system described in this paper can help business owners establish a scientific management system, scheduling resources more efficiently and accurately, and gain the superiority in market competitions.
