Especially paper simulate and analyze performance for M_LWDF(Modified Largest Wait Delay First), and bring forward some improvement for M_LWDF.As the second part of the pape, detail research of MAC protocol of EVDO AN size is presented in the paper. The paper introduce wireless air interface protocol stack and MAC layer protocol, the main part is the design of MAC layer send module and session layer, and discuss the realization process of signal system.
