Fpdp Data Transmission Card Based On Pci Bus

Data-acquisition and data-processing are sometimes not realized on one single card in the practical project of Radar because of the functional complexity. There are usually several cards working simultaneously. It is necessary to move data between cards, so FPDP comes in. PCI bus structure has the characteristic of high performance, low cost and nicer soft compatibility. Therefore, in recent years PCI bus has become the main kind of bus standards in PC.This dissertation discusses the design and implementation of data transferring card with FPDP interface based on PCI bus in details. First, the dissertation presents the PCI local bus criterion and the FPDP bus criterion, and discusses the implementation scheme of FPDP interface, then presents the system design scheme and discusses the modules including FPDP interface, logical control and memory module respectively. At last discusses the driver and application design by WinDriver and Visual C++. The transferring card can not only receive data from outside with FPDP interface but also transfer files between PCs.
