General digitizing technique of radar reception and signal processing is the developing direction of radar. And the high-performance data acquisition technique is the key. This dissertation introduces the design and implementation of high-speed data acquisition system based on PCI bus in detail. The main content includes software and hardware development of the data acquisition card and the multifunction card.Focused on the PCI interface chip PCI 9054, the dissertation discusses the work mode of local bus and the simulation of the CPU design with CPLD on the local bus side. Based on these discussions, system design scheme, circuit design essentials, configuration of EEPROM and the dual DMA transfer method are given. On the corresponding software design, WinDriver kit is adopted to develop the driver and the application programs, including the API level, SDK level and System level developments.
