Vane Thickness Detection System Automatically

With the development of modern science and technology, researchers on product engineering now pay more attention to on-line testing technology with high speed and high precision. The level of the testing directly affects the efficiency and automatization of the product line. This paper is about research on on-line testing with high speed and high precision in process of production.First, the paper introduces several kinds of thickness testing sensor and makes an proper testing solution. Secondly, it specifies the system solution of automatic Gleithretter thickness testing in detail, thickness testing technology using grating, serial communication achievement solution of PLC control system. Achieving data sampling by applying of the PCI200 subdivisional card. And then designs thickness testing system software using Borland C++ Builder 6.0 for the application of automatic control of Gleithretter thickness testing sorting , the experiment. Basically, this system meets the need of the enterprise.The whole system can achieve the speed of 2 pieces per second and 0.1um's resolution.
