Abstract/Summary:
With the wider and wider applications , naturalgas has promoted the inetrological technology developing rapidly. How to guarantee the stability of the natrualgas standards of measurement and the accuracy of the values of quantities , so as to guarantee the measure accuracy of meters is the problem being seriously concerned by the oil and naturalgas trade at present.The dissertation's main research content is to establish the metrology transfer standards on naturalgas flux. The task team aimed at the characters of the PVTt and mt methods for the naturalgas standards founded by native nation for the presents. For the purpose ofgaranting the accuracy of the values of quantities of the standards, reling on the measure process control methods , analyzed the present situation and the metrology capability of the naturalgas standards of measurement ,analyzed and calculated the metrology methods and uncertainty of the transfer standard, analyzed the site experiments and the testing data. It came true to take advantage of transfer standard to compare and analyze the naturalgas standards of measurement on site.The dissertation used the transfer standards to take the site comparative experiments to the sonic nozzle standard measurement of the Nation Crude Oil Great Flux Measure Station carried by vehicle and the standard measurement of the General Pertrifaction Plant .It evaluated and analyzed the measure capability of these two standards, thus to keep them fulfilling the rules of the verification and the regulations of relative criterions.The experiments have proved that the naturalgas flux metrology transfer standard has accomplished the preordain research aim. Concluding from the evaluting result of the uncertainty of the transfer standard, the metrology way which make use of transfer standard to guarantee the accuracy of the values of the natrualgas metrology quantities is a very effective methodology. Technologically it embodies the superiority of the traceability of the natrualgas flux metrology standards of mesurement. It has excellent compatibility and spacious application prospect.
