With the opening of the domestic telecommunications market, the previous exclusive monopoly situation is broken, the market competition is increasingly fierce , the pressure that China Mobile faced on the market and the management is more bigger than before, but it also brings new challenge to the operators on the market, management and other aspects. In order to meet the needs of business development, in 2005 the operators have invested a huge sum of money to transform and upgrade the boss system after establishing a new generation of business operation support system-boss system three years ago. The main purpose of the transformation is to complete the target of "integrated, centralized platform, and the three-tier": data collection, before processing, network-clearing, customer service, operational management, integrated accounts, the integrated monitoring system, the concentration of the data storage in provincial centres, and the three-tier platform-sharing of data center platform, oprational handling public affairs at the request processing platform and business access platform .In order to take an advantageous position in the client-centred market environment and the increasingly fierce market competition , China Mobile has taken building highly efficient and scientific mobile boss system as an important measure to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The author participated in the Henan BOSS1.5 project team of the China digital mobile company, participated in the designing and developping of the enquiry system operating subsystems, statistical audit, scoring management and other modules, In this paper the author made objective analysis on existing mobile boss system based on the escalation alterations of the Henan Mobile BOSS1.5, presented design principles, the overall structure and logic structure of the operating system, and highlighted the enquiries part of the business systems, design ideas and solutions to the Statistics audit subsystem and made a detailed description for some key technical solution, and also had a summary of the the entire process of project development and paper writing.
