As the market competition becomes more and more fierce, the advanced logistics technology has been introduced in all kinds of areas. From the beginning of the products in the production line to the customer, the products information needs to be closely tailed after and feedback, so customers required amount can be known quickly and their quality can be continually improved. What all of these require more advanced information technology and measures. Under the background, as the most important measure of logistics technology, the barcode technology was created. The barcode which combine with the computer, electronics, cryptology and so on, by the way of spray paint, barcode paint and the network scan identifier, the modern logistics information management panel is coming true.This paper, based on the deeply study on the logistics technology, analyzing the actuality of the domestic and oversees cotton processing industry and the circulation management, developed cotton barcode printing real time controller and its quality information management system. The study contents mainly include the independently design the automatic data collecting and barcode printing system which can collect data in real time, store it in integrated circuit card and automatically print one dimension or two dimension barcode. With the card, the cotton processing data can be remotely transferred, queried and products dealing. To the management workshop, we designed the cotton quality information management system, With which, almost all of the work the cotton product from purchase to sale can be automatically done.At the same time, this paper introduces the software and hardware of the system in detail. At last, we analyze the appearing problems while debugging and present a whole solving scheme, which has proved to be valid in practice. The project has many advantages such as up to date technology, stabilization, little cost and so on. It must be extended and widely applied in the cotton processing industries.
