The Research And Application For Logistics Digital Barcode Remote Monitoring System

Also, the cigarettes can be displayed in the manufacture spot and warehouse by the dual display. This technology has the characteristics of efficient logistics management, saving time and accurate, is the important method for increasing productivity and enhancing the management level.â‘¡On the basis of overall analysis, summary and contrast various coding, decoding technology, and the principle, technology characteristics of related detecting equipment, the select of detecting equipment of this system is finished. The communication handshaking, scanning timing diagram and RS232 hardware interface circuit of BL-600 photoelectric scanner of Keyence are described.â‘¢According to the system requirements, a whole system design is given. Respectively, the dual display system design, human machine interface design and remote communication system design are finished. Using the VB program technology, the serial port program, database program and human machine interface software design are finished. â‘£Using the design logistics digital barcode remote monitoring system, the application test for the logistics management in the cigarette product line of a factory is finished. Finally, the test result is evaluated and analyzed.
