Technologyy of synchro record and simulation online of motion includes two contents. The one is that technologyy of synchro record of motion. It means that motion signals and audio-video signals on the spot are collected and recorded synchronously through the motion recorded device, while goal object moves; and then the recorded motion signals and audio-video signals are reappeared by the motion reappeared device. The other means the technology of synchro simulation online of motion. It means that the the motion signals and audio-video signals recorded on the spot are transferred to the far-ended controlled computer through wireless network; synchronously the recorded motion signals and audio-video signals are reappeared based on motion simulator system. Technology of synchro record and simulation online of motion is high level technology of hydraulic-mechotronics, including advance mechanism technique and information technique and control technique and computer-network technique in present age, and so on. In military affairs, aviation and spaceflight, vehicle test, and pastime industry the technique of synchro record and simulation online of motion has widely use. The paper combined the Jilin Province preeminence youth fund project of research of technology of simulation online and synchro record of 6-DOF motion and the Jilin Province applicantion-based project of research of technology of synchro record and synchro recurrence of 3-DOF motion, entirely analyzed the technology of 3-DOF and 6-DOF synchro record and simulation online of motion. Based on the existing servo-driving simulator of 3-DOF and 6-DOF motion, the control system of synchro record and simulation online of motion is set up. The paper includes seven chapters. The main content of each chapter is as follow: In Chapter One it was firstly introduced that the signification of technologyy of synchro record and simulation online of motion and expatiates its content, applied characteristic, applied scope and applied actuality. Secondly Chapter One expatiated the technology basis of the system of synchro record and simulation online of motion and introduced the study situation of its pertinent technologies, namely technologies of parallel framework, digital video, embedded computer and network and so on. With the development of its pertinent technologies, the technologyy of synchro record and simulation online of motion will be promoted to make progress. Finally Chapter One introduces the main study contents in this paper. In Chapter two it was made that the kinematics analysis of motion simulators of 3-DOF and 6-DOF. The kinematics equations of displacement , velocity and acceleration of motion simulators of 3-DOF and 6-DOF were established. The kinematics analysis of motion simulators resolved location-posture problem of motion simulators and is the theory basis for precise control of motion simulators. In Chapter three it was expatiated that the composing of system of synchro record and simulation online of motion and analysed its main subsystems and devices. (1) It expatiated mechanism structure of motion simulators of 3-DOF and 6-DOF that have the characteristic of high carrying capacity, good rigidity, no cumulating error and good precision. (2) It introduced composing of electronic-hydraulic servo subsystem and electronic-hydraulic servo control theory and function of electronic-hydraulic servo valve. (3) It expatiated the composing and function of synchro record device of motion and video-audio and synchro reappearance device of motion and video-audio. (4) For network communication subsystem, it mainly expatiated the characteristic and technology criterion of wireless network technology and wireless network communication devices. In Chapter four it was introduced that the content and use of embeddedtechnology. Because its structure is refinement and its performance is credible and so on, the embedded system fits the demand of many kinds of situation. The characteristic of Windows CE was expatiated in this chapter. Windows CE.NET being as real-time OS of the embedded system meets real-time demand of motion data collection. The hardware structure character of embedded data collection system whose main bus is PC/104 was introduced. It has the characteristic of good real time and high reliability and short developing period and so on. Finally the application soft of embedded data collection system was introduced in Chapter Four. In Chapter Five electronic-hydraulic servo control was introduced. It has the characters of transferring signals rapid and transferring energy convenient. Its actuator can has large output power and rapid response and so on. In Chapter Five on the base of analyzing the open loop pass function of hydraulic pressure system, the PD controller in series was designed and made hydraulic cylinder gain favorable dynamic and static characteristics In Chapter Six the implementing method of synchro record and simulation online of motion was expatiated. The network communication, digital video, virtual device driver and multithread were at large introduced in the system application. In Chapter seven the summarization of whole paper is maken. The accomplished research jobs and innovated fruits are summarized as follow: (1) The first system of synchro record and simulation online of motion based on 3-DOF and 6-DOF motion simulator is set up in home. Under the control and collaboration of computer control system, system can precisely implement function of collection and record and function of reappearance of motion and function of wireless communications. (2) The characteristics of kinematics of motion simulator of 3-DOF and 6-DOF is analyzed. The electronic-hydraulic servo systems of 3-DOF and 6-DOF and servo position controllers are designed. Through method of application program and experiment, the parameters of corrector are adjusted and serial PID correctors are designed, in order to gain favorable dynamic and static characteristics of positional control system of hydraulic cylinder.(3) Developed synchro record device of motion. A set of sensors lay on object body in proper shape in order to measure linear acceleration and angular acceleration of motion of object body. The line displacement and angle displacement is solved by pecial integral algorithm to implement recording motion signals. Utilize videos card,color vidicon and stereo set to collect the video audio signals on the spot at the same time. (4) The synchro recurrence subsystem for motion and video vision and audio is set up. Host computer sends signals to the servo controller to control the motion of 3 DOF motion simulator to realize the recurrence of the motion, figure computer control player to realize video and audio recurrence at the same time. Two computers adopt wireless network link, keep the real-time communication, and guarantee motin and video all be reproduced simultaneously with application control. (5) Study and come true the application of synchro record and simulation online of motion: 1) The application of synchro record, namely, motion signals and audio-video signals on the spot are collected and recorded synchronously through the motion recorded device, while goal object moves; and then the recorded motion signals and audio-video signals are reappeared by the motion reappeared device 2) The application of simulation online of motion, namely, synchro simulation online of motion. It means that the the motion signals and audio-video signals recorded on the spot are transferred to the far-ended controlled computer through wireless network; synchronously the recorded motion signals and audio-video signals are reappeared based on motion simulator system. (6) Based on the characteristic of need of highly real time in synchro record and simulation online of motion and need of data transmitting fast between spot end and host-controlled end, the key techniques of data transmitting in operating system of windows and multithread and virtual device driver and interrupt timing are detail discussed in the paper. The application programs of wireless communication and control are developed, and so on.
