21st century is a brand-new challenging and competitive century. Economic globalization and the spread of networks are bound to bring more multicultural exchanges and amalgamation. The world cultural patterns have to experience the tremendous impact of economic globalization , and will soon face to reconstract a new cultural framework.TV--the most influential media, through communications satellites achieved the exchanges and communication between local culture and foreign culture , so that more people understand the world cultural diversity. However at the time of expanding the knowledge and view, another potential crisis has quietly appeared, that national culture or local culture has been eroded by strong culture of the West.This signals that in the context of globalization, national cultures are gradually lost self, China's TV culture is facing a war without guns, he main questions this paper suppose to ask are how to absorb the main issues of foreign culture in a selective and reasonable way? How to face the impact of cultural diversity? How to utilize the foreign experiences to develop Chinese native culture . As proved by dialectics.
