In recent years, most enterprises have realized the importance of new technology and new innovation in operating the business with the rapid competition .At the same time ,to keep the social status and achieve the development in this industry China-Mobile must continuously allure consumer and expand new business by dint of advanced operation of network communication technology, to meet the need of market, the CRM(Customer Relationship Management) has been invented. The software of Customer Relationship Management is a customer-centered software which has a assembled software or a resolvent in managing the concrete process with the technology of Date Warehousing ,OLAP and other tools. The author has not only participated in the analysis of the Guizhou-Mobile Business Administration system, but also concern himself about the design and implement of this system, the author also do so many works in making requirement analysis. So, this paper integrated the analysis of Guizhou-Mobile Business Administration system, explored the application of CRM system in posting field. In this thesis ,the first chapter introduced the background of this research and the development of CRM; The second chapter expounded. the concept and connection between CRM and Date Warehousing ;The third chapter expatiated the design of the system and illuminated the system configuration and how to carry out the function and goals ;In the last chapter ,the author devised a detailed scheme and illuminated the functions through the actual instance of Guizhou-Mobile,.
