With the development of information technology and the rapid progress of Internet-economy, the conventional commercial mode is changing radically. In many trades,more homogeneous are the products and service provided by diverse enterprise; more candescent is the competition among them, and at the same time the expectation of customers is being higher for quantity value and individuality. So the loyalty of customers is a significant factor and the foundation of enterprises' predominance. At the same time, the, technical development in current Internet, lifted with management to beg higher to the development of the business enterprise.So, after the appearance of ERP and with the thirsty of the market and the enterprise, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) emerged as the time requires, became a key to the situation.But at present, what domestic CRM producer took more is common route CRM, relatively less with what the concrete trade combined, ones that accorded with closely are less enterprise's one's own characteristic, but talking about CRM can't neglect the trade.So, this paper combines the thought of CRM system with concrete characteristic of digital china network Ltd., design and realize according to the concrete business requirement of the company. This system adopts B/S mode on the structure. The enterprise staff can visit the system in the place with Internet promptly and fast, acquiring or upgrading relevant information. So it may shorten the operation time of every procedure of enterprise. At the same time, this paper adopts Web Services technology realize relax coupling has nothing to do with the platform, the ones that improved the system disposed and integrated are simple and easy, the ones that increase the system are reusable.This paper analyzes the system function at first, using Unified Modeling Language to carry on requirement analysis and modeling of the system on this basis, then carry on the system designing and the database designing,and adopts the Container-Managed Persistence to achieve every modules of the system.Finally test and dispose the system.Thus finished the development of DCN-CRM system.
