Design And Implementation Of IMS-Based Enterprise Managed Unified Communications Solutions

Enterprise informatization is essential for the development of enterprises, and the key of Enterprise Informatization is to realize unified communications. Enterprises can reduce communications costs and improve communications efficiency through unified communications system. As the next generation telecommunications network architecture of multi-network unification, IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) can provide service interworking between different networks and different terminals, and because IMS realizes the separation of controlment and service on the basis of the separation of controlment and bearer, IMS has congential advantages such as flexible service expansion and diverse paterns, making it the best choice of deploying enterprise managed unified communications system. The article describes the research and the design of network architecture, implemetion and key technologies of IMS-based enterprise managed unified communications.The article will study and analyse various unified communications technologies, and propose IMS-based enterprise managed unified communications solutions, design the architecture of unified communications service in IMS network, and will also study and analyse system architecture, fuction modules, interfaces and business processes of unified communications management platform, to realize unified of voice, video, news and unified data service. This system will provide communication services such as Centrex, click to dial, group management, instant message, presentation, address book, SMS and MMS which are based on IMS network. When the enterprise users use IMS-based enterprise managed unified communications service, because of involving different network, service platform and the interaction between network elements, it will face some technical problems such as authentication, firewall traversal and group file sharing. The article will research on this three key technologies of unified authentication, firewall traversal and group file sharing, and analyze several different scenes, also propose some appropriate technology methods and solutions.IMS-based enterprise managed unified communications solutions this article proposes, have now been adopted by China Mobile, and the standards of unified communications general technical requirement and equipment also become enterprise standards.
