Microcomputer Principle and Interfacing Technique is one of"3+6"courses, it is one foundation curriculum of Non-professional category of electronic computer engineering, a lot of students need to grasp this curriculum, the characteristic of which is the strong practicality and the wide usability.In order to strengthen the practicality of that curriculum, this thesis has designed the experiment platform of Microcomputer Principle and Interfacing Technique. The experiment platform has supplied the model application of typical chips, for example, ADC0809, ICL7109, DAC0832, 8253, 8255, 8250. The software has been designed with C and assembly language, and has compiled some head documents and many LIBs for experimenters. In order to use the experiment platform better, the experiment platform has been combined with virtual instruments, and the software to be used in Windows operating system has been designed with LabWindows/CVI language, furthermore, introduced how to build the function LIB defined by ourselves with LabWindows/CVI. The experiment platform should communicate with PC through EPP, Further design on the foundation of this platform, according with the norm of Human Interface Devices,USB interfacing is designed to carry out the communication of experiment platform and PC.The whole system has developed completely and is being used by many students in the lab. Both the performance and the functions can fulfill the teaching demand.
