The sales price composing of steel products for PanZhiHua Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. has been analyzed and researched in the paper. Through advanced learning the ERP experiences of BaoSteel, in conjunction with our own reality, the sales price composing of steel products is explored. The research and realization of the process has expounded from the software engineering perspective.To address pricing issues, put forth specifications group from algorithms, to ensure that the price of basic data accuracy and completeness, and archieved the expected results.The core system of the steel product sales price are:First, on the basis of a unified code definition, establish and maintain the domestic steel prices tables of steel products.Second, according to impact of product pricing based on different information, establish the different price table. When contract is signed, sale prices can be automatically obtained from the prices table.Third, the impact of price policy information through operational personnel manual containing methods for the realization of information.Fourthly, special circumstances, such as extended claims and objections adjustments, through the realization of the price.With the ERP system on-line operation in July 2005, sales price system of steel product has been officially opened. So that effectively solved the problem that sales price only way to catalogue enquiries, ensuring the computer manage the price of arbitrary time, provided effective support system for the retroactive price history.
