It combines geography location with the correlate properties, and accurately output them to the user with both pictures and literary composition. Constructing a mobile Geography Information System is an actuality demand for a mobile communication enterprise's informationization. Via electronic maps and GIS, enterprises can improve their ability of management and strategy, promote their management level and competition, and ensure that they could realize their strategy goal of their leads in the service and the business.
