Content:: ——Geography Information System(GIS) , integrating the computerdrawing and the data base into a whole, is a new technology that can store and process geography information. It combines geography location with the correlate properties, and accurately output them to the user with both pictures and literary composition. Constructing a mobile Geography Information System is an actuality demand for a mobile communication enterprise's informationization. Via electronic maps and GIS, enterprises can improve their ability of management and strategy, promote their management level and competition, and ensure that they could realize their strategy goal of their leads in the service and the business. This design is the first stage of construction of the mobile Geography Information System. The goal is to structure the geographical information platform, Through giving individualized comprehensive GIS application to each business department, and making full use of the characteristic of GIS, this platform can offer the effective basis for unified management and make policy of the mobile communication enterprise's. This design includes the systematic subject equipment and corollary equipment design, design of each module function of application system of GIS, choice of the platform's software, data gathering ways, relation with other system and their interfaces, the project budget. The implementation of this system, could offer strong technical support for improving the mobile communication enterprise's management, service level and new business, Can and well reach the anticipated result.
