Special tiny compressors are indispensable component for some special industry in recent years. However, up to now, all testing systems used for this product are made by foreign countries. Foreign systems' reliability is high, but each testing system can test only one type of product. It would occupy a large area and cost a lot if we establish a system that can test all types of products. Moreover, foreign systems' human-machine-interface (HMI) is English, which is very inconvenient for ordinary operators. Based on this situation, we decide to develop this comprehensive testing system (CTS).Obviously, this is a real-time system. If we want to model this system by means of a language, this language must deal both object-oriented concept and real-time concept very well and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) is such kind of language, which can model nearly all kinds of system.After modeling system by means of UML, we are astonished by the resemblance between the model and designing ideas of the Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS). We decided to use MCGS as our developing software platform and chose hardware by the ratio of performance to price.This is a comprehensive testing platform and is used in assembly. Now, it has been used and realized our object. It proves our designing of hardware and software is reasonable and feasible.
