| QuJing cigarette factory introduced into tobacoo production lines from HAUNI company Germany at the eighth five years plan period,work serveral years later,part equipment status is bad, capability depress,and because tobacco production technics develop,the former technics and equipment already cann't meet demand of cigarette yield development,so bring forward technologies rebuild.Bases on new technics layout,the whole production line must redesign, realization technologies upgrade.Via adopt advancet automatization technologies and production, in the wake of automatization development tidal current,advance a level of the 9000 kg/h tobacco line's electric control system and information .In this technologies rebuild,I take charge mostly stem production line design.The thesis mainly studies PROFIBUS-DP methods and technologies in tobacco stem production line,including:fieldbus development and status quo,PROFIBUS-DP technologies,protocol, prescript;lately technics and equipment internal stem production line.Frame of manufacturing management layer and supervisory control layer network system make out subsection.According to equipment position and technics demand and data amount,choose appropriate PLC,i/o configuration , periphery parts of an apparatus, etc. Define the technics and equipment capability ,control demand of stem line. According to the system and network trait. equipment and net is reasonable fitted and connection.Using STEP7 programm soft plan the PROFIBUS-DP configuration,along with human machine interface using WinCC .Simulation and electricity debug the stem braise,stem cutting, stem dry one by one.After the research of the thesis,keep the 9000 kg/h tobacco line's system supervise function and data manage function ahead of internal same system. Realized PROFIBUS-DP application in tobacco system,this provided the foundation for PROFIBUS-DP applicationin else autocontrol field. |
