The thesis mainly studies methods and technologies on the design of automatic control system of the line of how to deal with leaf silk and the whole product line s redesign scheme of tobacco silks of 9000kg/h of QUJING cigarette factory . First mainly introduce some content, including the following : technological process of the silk production of tobacco , craft task, the demanding of craft control;characteristic, advantage, definition and origin of field bus, standard of some mainly field bus;Three parts of PROFIBUS(PROFIBUS-DP,PROFIBUS-PA,PROFIBUS-FMS);Protocol structure , transmission technology(mainly be used for DP and FMS ),bus access protocol of PROFIBUS;basic feature and system configuring of PROFIBUS-DP, GSD files;the advantage of base PC control ,product and function of WinAC. Aim at the technologies shortcoming and craft defect of formerly automatic system, according to actual situation and on the premise of technologies advance and techniques upgrade , redesign automatic control system of the product line of tobacco silks of 9000kg/h of QUJING cigarette factory .Based on the characteristic and advantage of WinAC and field bus, by compare and select ,we adopt solving project of WinAC (SLOT PLC) +PROFIBUS-DP.I am in charge of design the line of product tobacco silk and blending aromatics.In the design of the thesis, based on actual situation of field equipment, it is be consider that operate simple and function consummate of control system, use advanced programming tool and program language and HMI software to develop control layer and monitor layer of the line of how to deal with leaf silk. The whole design has come through the following stages: design of system scheme, design of hardware and software, and system test.After the design of the thesis, we build up a automatic control system very fit for product tobacco silk line with structure simple and super visualization and highcapacity of data processing, it' s control effect and functional index fulfill craft demand, fully with design thinking of control discrete and centralized management, control function and data management is super to the same automatic control system, as a solve project of control system of product tobacco silk line, WinAC+PROFIBUS-DP that has good opening and enlarging ,high capability and low cost, it will have a good future in the automatic control system.
