There are several problems to be solved in virtual environments: the real-time display, the display reality, the input. In simulation appliction, the behavior of the objects and the model of the simulation is an outstanding problem especially in such applications. With the model of the simulation in virtual environment, we can describe the structure of the simulation and describe the differences and the commonness of the different simulations, and we can find a general way to analyse the simulaiton application to get an abstract descripton of the simulaton, we can represent such description in several forms of table. With such description of the simulation and the common model of the simulatoin applications, we can develop our analysis, the design, and the implementation of those simulations.In simulation, an object in the virtual reality environment can be regarded as summation of several properties repersented in some forms of data type. These properties are used to present the same object, so there are some relativities between these properties. The collision property of an object is related to the visual property of the object. It is possible to combine some properties to present these properties of an object in the same data type. To unite the properties of an object, the memory to keep the properties can be reduced. At the same time, the property of an object is set for a certain aim, the data type for an certain property can be set for the best real-time speciality. So there is a conflict to combine the properties of an object or not. This paper discuss the principle of the set and combination of the properties. Hardware input is very important in simulation. An abstract way is used to present the hardware and discuss how to transform the physical hardware to logical hardware.At the end of the paper, a concrete example, flying simulaton, is presented that illustrates the model and the analysis method are valid. As an example, the collision property and the visual property are discussed. The logical hardware for the user to control the flying of the plane is discussed. And for the implementation of this logical hardware, the dataglove as a physical hardware is used.
