This thesis is on a new TV program signal receive and record system which is designed in light of the actual working state of Television Station.On this basis, the new system adds two functions: long-distance control of the select signal and data memory of the receive signal. The program interface, which is compiled by employing the VB language, and RS232 serial interface are used in the long-distance control, through which people can keep watch on and control the communication of the host computer and the single-chip microcomputer thus the selection of the TV program signal sources can be fulfilled. Besides, the new system even adopts data disposal of the receiving and recording signal, consequently the automatic storage and pigeonhole of the TV receiving and recording signal come true. After this system used in practice, the programming efficiency of our station is greatly increased.This essay can be divided into three parts.Chapter One should be the first part. In this part the background of the project, the significance and the aim are introduced. Also in this part, the author summarizes the practice of the project and the feasibility of the program.Part two consists of Chapter Two Chapter Three and Chapter Four, in which the framework and designing thought of the project are introduced in great details, as well as the hard ware collocation of the system, the design of self-determined hardware and software. The essay illustrates the functions and standards that the system should meet with and describes the general structure of the system also respectively expatiates the functions of the system.The last part is the closing lines. The author shows what he gains when the system uses in practice and explains what should be perfected when the system upgates in the future.
