In this field the one-way voice is frequently occurrence, which lets the subscriber feel uneasy. The traditional debug way is to use ear to monitor every channel manually. It's not only time waste but severely affect the online service. The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new method, which generates an indicator automatically by system and doesn't impact the online service.The method theory: There is a counter in the Mobile Switch Center Raw bill, which is used to record the duration in each channel. Normally this duration time is obeyed a certain probability law, which is found by analyzing large quantity number calls with statistics. The one-way voice channel shows dramatically behavior by comparing it to the law. In the paper, it's not only to discuss the GSM cell parameters but also to analyze the subscriber's habit and to apply psychoanalysis. More emphasis is laid on the phennomenn when mismatch occurring of the Circuit Identity Code between Mobile Switch Center and TransCode.
