Abstract/Summary:
The high power UPS is investigated in this dissertation. According to system design target, this paper confirms the main circuit topology on the base of many kinds of main circuit topology's analysis and the DSP(TMS320LF2407A) as system control chip which has powerful operation ability and the altitudinal integration characters. After analyzing work principle of the circuit, the hardware parameters of rectifier and charger have been designed. In this paper, the work modes of boost three level (BOOST-TL) convertor, which is controlled by interleaving technique, have been analysed in details. This paper uses the state-space average method for modeling of the boost three-level converter. According to the model, PI regulator is designed. After the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation and experiments, the results are given and show that system performance is improved. The convertor becomes more stable and has quick response. The parameters of main circuit,drive circuit and absorb circuit have been designed. This paper realizes the arithmetic of sine pulse wide modulate(SPWM) and particularly designs a method of phase locking. The simulated waves of inverter which is controled by double closed loop have been presented. System work flow and the hardware of control system are analyzed and designed. At last some process of system debugging are discussed, and the experiment results show that the design of target has been finished very well. The design of this paper is based on many experiments. It's data is full and accurate. So it has biggish value of project and theory. At last, the high power UPS designed and developed in this paper has been put into product line and get good appraisement from users.
