Based Embedded Control Strategy Configuration And Monitoring Configuration

The configuration control system based on embedded technique has the logical control function imitating PLC and the animate picture monitoring function, also has convenient control strategy configuration and monitoring picture strategy configuration quomodo. Such a control system can shorten the design periods of embedded control products, can provide a beautiful monitoring picture interface and logical control function conformed to the international standard IEC61131-3, and has the function of keeping sizeable history data. Considering the embedded control system is been progressively used in these fields, such as industry control, apparatus and instrument, the configuration control system will be widely applied in such as machine and electronic equipment, intelligent instrument, and smart house, etc.We designed such embedded configuration control system conformed to the international standard IEC611131-3, which has not only logical control function, but also graphical monitoring function. Because of perfect generality design and expansibility design, it can extend the functions, such as advanced control algorithm, process control and monitoring, etc.This paper firstly analyzed the architecture of the embedded configuration control system, putted forward the design thinking of the hardware and software platform, whereafter elaborated on the design of the hardware platform and running environment. The integrated configuration software platform running in PC can provide the control strategy file conformed to the international standard IEC61131-3, can also create the monitoring strategy file based on the control strategy. Considering the hardware platform need suffice to run monitoring picture and implement some advance control functions, the paper chose Samsung S3C2410 chip as the hardcore of the hardware platform, and adopted Win CE as the embedded operating system.
