Remote monitoring and controlling system is the combination of information network and industry control network. It connects the smart Intelligent Instrumentation System distributed in various localities through the scene control network, Intranet and the Internet; implements information interaction with remote controlling devices, completes remote monitoring and controlling tasks. Remote monitoring and controlling system is one of the hotspot among the industry automatic application field.The article briefly introduces the features of Embedded System and the Embedded Linux System, gives the embedded system's hardware structure, and mainly focuses on the interface design of S3C2410 microprocessor and the memory and the network controller chip. At the same time introduces how to build embedded Linux operating system - for the transplantation of embedded operating system to the embedded system, ensuring the application software operating environment. Then it proposes the overall solution scheduler and framework of the system in brief. Based on this, the article implements the function of each modules: serial communication module using RS-232 serial communication protocols to complete the data receiver on the spot; introduces embedded database system, gives the characteristic and architecture of SQLite, and carries out development and transplantation with SQLite; elaborates embedded Web server's working principle and the design method, introduces the working principle and criterion of CGI, also implements the CGI application program, makes remote users monitor and control industrial equipment at the scene through browsers without the special software.The article analysises and improves the Real-Time performance of the system's operation. Compared with the RMS and EDF scheduling strategies, it presents an adaptable scheduling strategy based on value. When the Real-Time processing data is full or even overloaded, the adaptable scheduling strategy based on value shows the advantages in this special circumstance, effectively improving the system performance.
