Since the 1990's, there has been extensive research in the area of high performance network architecture. However, that research almost depends on the conventional hierarchical networking architecture. Although the networking performance could be further improved, the problems concerned with the inherent limitations of the hierarchical architecture are still difficult to resolve. To overcome such limitations and improve poor network service efficiency, which is mainly due to the redundant function overlaps between neighbouring layers and complicated hierarchical processes existing in the conventional hierarchical network, by analysing and classifying network services, a novel network architecture called the service unit based network architecture (SUNA) were presented. The appearance of the multi-media and real-time service request the QoS quarantee for the network. In tranditional IP network,only the"best effort"service is provided ,but the quality of service can not be guaranteed. Though the InterSerV , DeffServ and MPLS are presented afterward to guarantee the QoS for the IP network. but as a layer network, the realization of the QoS function need span different layers(such as RSVP protocol) in the IP network, which may result in the function iterance and chaos. While, the MCES as a layerless network, can conquer the above problem, become more simply and has higher efficiency.MCES is virtual circuit based network architecture. Every node in MCES shapes traffic to avoid congestion. Packets are scheduled according to their priority. Therefore, MCES can provide QoS. QoS based routing is a routing mechanism under which paths for flows are determined based on some knowledge of resource availability in the network as well as the QoS requirement of flows,and flows control and shape realized in the host is called QoS of host. To design and implement QoS based routing and Qos of host in MCES is a vital job.This paper illustrates the design and realization of QoS of host in MCES, and proposal the optimization blue print.
