As the important component in the weapon system, the high-powered fuse plays an irreplaceable role in the result of injuring .The T/R component that this text develops is one of the important components of radar fuse. On the basis of introducing microwave components and parts basic theories in detail, this text develops Ka band 0-Ï€PM T/R component.Chapter one expounds the theory of millimeter-waves, involving its characteristic, microwave millimeter-waves devices,integrated circuits and its development trend. Chapter two makes a scheme to realize the main 0-Ï€PM T/R component after illuminating. Subject of radar's main technical indicator.Chapter three is about solid circuits used in the project. explaining the principle, technical indicator, design method of low noise amplifier,mixer and frequency multiplier separately.Chapter four discusses switch and phase shifter, mainly about principle, technical indicator and design method.The interrenations of carrior and the technical indicator of phase shifter are emphasized.Last ,a 0-Ï€phase shifter is designed.Chapter five discusses the passive circuit correlated our text. The equivalent divider and filter have carried on research, including theory analysis and software emulation respectively.Chapter six realizes the Ka band 0-Ï€PM T/R component on the basis of above-mentioned function parts. According to the specification requirement for this subject, manufacturing, assembly and testing of the component are explained, respectively. Test data indicate T/R component that the subject develops meets the specification requirement basically.
