We have researched the integration oscillator working at millimeter wave band. At first we analyze the working mode and equivalent circuit of the encapsulated IMPATT diode, by use of the MatLab software. And the basis of microstrip is recalled. After this, we analyzed and computed several microstrip resonators with ADS, making impedance match between the resonator and IMPATT diode. At the same time, we simulate the transition with HFSS.After analyze the theory about W-Band millimeter integrate oscillator, using IMPATT diode come from Russia, we manufacture the W-Band CW integrate oscillator. It is first domestic W-Band millimeter integrate oscillator using IMPATT diode. The oscillator's output power is exceeding 7mW, working at 94.785GHz.At the same time, we have manufactured a transition from microstrip line to rectangle waveguide, working in full Ka-band. The insert loss of a single transition is between 0.25dB and 1dB...
