In recent decades, microwave and millimeter wave emission components have developed rapidly. Based on the overall requirements of assembly, this article did a series of theoretical research and design. This article first describes the transmitter theory, and then introduces the passive circuit design and solid-state circuit device, based on these, have the 3mm-band transmit module tested.The first chapter describes the characteristics of short wavelength and Bandwidthand,advantages and disadvantages of millimeter wave, followed by a brief description of the development of millimeter wave emission related components, and then come up with the design specifications of 3mm emitting components.The second chapter describes the theory and technical specifications of transmitter. And as a basis for this, describes the design scheme in detail.The third chapter began with a theoretical introduction of the microstrip line, then introduced the method of designing microstrip circuit; then expounded the theory of microstrip transition and the microstrip line transition fins, then designed the transition circuit.The fourth chapter describes the theory of solid-state sircuits related to 3mm emitting assembly, including the inverter, low noise amplifiers, driver amplifier and power amplifier. then according to design scheme and indicators, identifies all the required solid state circuit chip.The fifth chapter describes the physical design of the entire assembly, the gives a detailed description of the test and assembly of the launch components.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text. The test results shows that components designed have achieved the desired objectives.
