| This project which is based on the demand of increasing the electron tube's qualities totally and reducing the manufacture cost has done a large amount of investigative work as follows to improve and perfect the technologies for the important part of electron tube manufacture—the grid surface processing:On the surface processing of the molybdenum grid, the primary purpose is to reduce thermionic emission and secondary electronic emission of the grid. By the constantly experiment and grabbling the different technology routes, We have successfully developed these new technologies on the TaC and ZrC electrophoresis and electroplating platinum black of the grid , and made its surface cladding quality very stable and reliable. The above exploitation of these new technologies has provided groundwork conditions for the new electron tubes developing and better qualities of the old electron tubes improving.In the surface processing of pyrolytic graphite grid, we had done mainly in completely to clear all kinds of ordures, impurities and grime block which was born in the laser cutting process of the grid. In order to assure the absolutely clean of the pyrolytic graphite grid's inner and outer. By the different technologic experiments, we have obtained the most suitable technologies of the bake, the cleaning and the vacuum heated treating. According to these technologies, the pyrolytic graphite grid that we disposed meets requirements of the electron tubes assembly. Those above exploitation of technologies created good conditions for our company to develop the important new products such as the super high power launching tubes and the export electronic tubes and so on. |
