Research And Development Of Intelligent Design System Of Stamping Dies

The intelligent designing system of punch-pressing mold is an intelligent software. Its purpose is to realize the automatic and intelligent design of the punch-pressing mold of the stretching components of the type of turning around bodies.The system involves five parts: soft-CPU, Expert System of mold structure, data input, punch-pressing technology analyses and calculation, mold design. The contribution of this thesis is the implementation of the soft-CPU and Expert System of molds'structure.In this thesis, the Soft-CPU is proposed and the Soft-CPU system is successfully built. The Soft-CPU is a new programming thought. It is very suitable for the software system which involves many formulas and calculation. So it has very great importance on programming efficiency and adaptability ,formulas'renewing ,knowledge's expanding ,etc.. Soft-CPU system is not only used in this paper's design ,but also can be popularized into other software's design.The thesis has fabricated the mold's structure Expert System of which fixed mold's structure intelligently, through leading artificial intelligent technology in designing mold's structure. The Expert System has adopted the database driven and the idea of efficiency object-oriented. Comparing with other usual Expert Systems, the system has many advantages such as higher inference, more convenience of the database maintaining, higher intelligence and automatization.The punch-pressing technologic analysis and calculation of the stretching components are the important steps of the punch-pressing mold's design. They are very difficult steps.The punch-pressing technologic analysis subsystem involves four functions: technical analysis ,calculating technical dimension, calculating technical forces, selecting the punch-pressing equipment.The mold design subsystem is divided into two modules which one is mold structure design and the other is mold component design.
