As an important part of enterprise management and eternal subject of all economic activities, safety in production is of vital importance to the people's life in production. Being called risk assessment in foreign countries, safety evaluation is generally used to identify the danger for a system, including a design of engineering, a technological process, a device or an equipment etc , and to give an evaluation in quality or quantity. As one of means of predicting safety status for an enterprise and objective forecast, safety evaluation is provided with higher veracity and more excellent accuracy. Its purpose is to detect a hidden trouble for enterprise production, and to rectify without delay, accordingly to ensure safety in production for enterprise.There is a heavy task for safety production in the power grid control center. It is difficulty in that manual operations had been always used for safety evaluation. It could not meet the urgent demand for enterprise increasingly safety situation, and was restricted in the applied effect of safety evaluation. Consequently, a computer-Aided safety evaluation system which is higher efficient, more reliable and convenient is urgently needed for the power grid control center. With the rapid development of network and information technology and the wide application of the Internet/Intranet, those demands could be satisfied. The system is the Power Grid Control Center Safety Evaluation System for the Yunnan Power Grid Corporation.First of all, the author particular describe the .NET framework. The trait and advantage of .NET technology, ASP. NET and ADO.NET are expatiated. Secondly, this thesis introduced the system function constitution, the system design and the realization. Finally takeing this system as a demonstration, the author introduced the UCM way of ClearCase design and implementation of configuration management.The advanced network application development technology at present has been adopted to accomplish the system functions. An efficient convenient reliable strong functional safety evaluation information management platform has been provided for the Yunnan Power Grid Corporation by the successful development of the system. The application of system is bound to play an enormous positive role on the management, technical innovations and safety in production of the Power Grid Control Center.
