Xml Data Integration Applied Research

One with the expending of enterprise business and the development of computer technology, enterprise designed all kinds of business information management system based on different system during the period of information construction. But these business systems can't exchange data from one to another one, so they come into being some "information island". In addition, with the development of network technology, information exchanges among enterprises are becoming closer and closer. And this also demands that data integration and share should be realized.XML has a strong capacity of describing structural and semantic structural information;Data integration course has a better expansibility with the use of XML, the extensibility of XML allows the creation of generic models that integrate data from different sources. So, this thesis puts forward that XML and Java should be adopted based on the analysis and comparison of the traditional data integration techniques.In order to realize data integration of XML, data transformation must be taken into consideration. And the key is the transformation between XML and database. The prime thing we should do is to set up a mapping approach between XML and database. This thesis introduced a class-element tree-based data mapping approach on the basis of current data mapping approaches and models. This realized the transformation between XML and relational database. Thus, the documents came into being XD Wrapper. This system can realize the transformation between XML documents and relational data efficiently and also can provide XML global views over heterogeneous relational databases by publishing relational data as XML, and allows outer user to access these views directly or query them using XML query language. Hence, the united operation based on the data integration is achieved.This thesis introduced an approach to solve the data integration of XML onthe basis of transformation between XML and relational database. In addition, it also introduced its systematic structures, realization models, the realization and application of the system. Besides, the framework of products data integration based on XML technology and PDM system in the enterprise informationization is also included.
